300 Straight Legged Sit Ups
300 Sand Bag Squats
Teammates may work on different movements at the same time, each team will only have 1 of each implement or station. Teams may partition and switch as needed. But all teammates must complete 1/3rds of each movement. The workout does not need to be completed in order and no teammates can perform the same movement at the same time. Example 2 teammates performing sit ups or rope climbs at the same time. Plan ahead.
