Partner 1 starts on Shoulder 2 Overhead while partner 2 starts on the rower. Once completed, that is one round, perform 8 rounds total. Then switch P2 shoulder 2 overhead and P1 rowing. Partners must alternate movements and may not start the next round or movement until the other partner is finished or that round has been completed. Only 1 rower and 1 barbell per team (male/female/scaled may have 2 barbells).
