The normal Cluster rules apply the barbell may not be dropped or stalled on the ground.  It must all be cycled unbroken for the reps to count.  Remember the sets of 3 are actually 9 reps, plan your weight right. 

Score today is simply your heaviest weight successfully completed for 1 cluster, max weight lifted.  Example, last set of 1, lifted 285 successfully for the cluster, score is 285.
