Row a 5K (5:45 a.m. & 5:30 p.m. classes if needed)

Today should be a nice day, but bring outside running attire and be prepared.  I would prefer you to run.  Workout outside while we still can, plus some athletes are preparing for the annual Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot. – Coach Cliff
