1-Push Jerk

1-Split Jerk

This is from the floor. Once the barbell has been picked up, it cannot be dropped for the shoulder cluster to count. All 3 movements are completed back to back for 1 cluster or set.  Scoring is the single heaviest cluster completed successfully (weight).
