300 Double Unders
150 Wall Balls 14lbs 9ft line all
300 Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead 35lbs all
150 Deadlift 225lbs all
300 Front Rack Standing Lunges 75lbs all
Each team is only allowed
-1 Box
-1 Jump Rope (choose wisely)
-1 Wall Ball 14lbs
-1 Dumbbell 35lbs
-1 Deadlift Barbell 225lbs
-1 Lunge Barbell 75lbs
Coach will create a scaled team if needed.
Team Athletes may work at the same time, but again only one piece of equipment for each movement regardless of scaling.
The reps are as a team (not as an individual), partition as needed and yes one team member may complete all the reps of a movement. There is no athlete minimum rep requirement.
Again partition and switch and break up and move as needed to complete as fast as possible.
