Complete 6 Rounds For Time

            10 Back Squats 135/95 (from rack or floor, athletes choice)

            10 Ring Rows

Only one partner may work at a time.  Only one barbell may be used (excluding male/female & Rx/Sc teams).  As always, partner 1 completes the work and then partner 2 completes the work and that is 1 round.  Scale weight as needed.
