Athletes may start on any 200 run on the WOD list, just to stager our the exercises between.

Note: Saturday we will be constructing our new outside pull-up area. If you want to help bring some work clothes. We will be starting at 10, but you can always do the WOD and then help after the workout. We will be digging holes, mixing cement and placing the pull-up structure beams in the ground. This should make the summer workouts a blast!
