            40 Beetle Walking Lunges (each leg = 1 rep, synchronized)

            40 Alternating Tire Flips (choose the right one, 20 each)

            10 Alternating Rope Climbs (5 each)

            200 Run (ending with jumping over the fire pit)

Ok the fire pit is just really the red/blue gymnastics mats stacked on top of each other, but its still training for one of the Spartan obstacles.
