Coach lead snatch form and technique. Focus on the simple basics and perfect those before moving on to the subtitle nuances.  Work towards mastering the basic mechanics of the snatch.

            Snatch plus Overhead Squat

Perform a Snatch, from the floor, received at full depth squat, stand it up and perform an Overhead Squat, that is all.  Athletes may have as many attempts as they wish.  Score is simply the heaviest weight you successfully lifted.
