                        Toes 2 Bar

                        Sumo Deadlift High Pulls 75/55

Traditional Tabata Mash Up, perform Strict Press, then Toes 2 Bar, then SDLHP and repeat in order for a total of 8 rounds.  Your score is the lowest rep count for each movement and then the sum of the 3.  Just choose your number and stick with it.  Or forget about score and just move the best you can for the time period on all the movements.
