            Deadlift Ladder 185/130 (Time Cap 20 Minutes)

            Minute 1 Complete 1 Deadlift (rest remainder of minute)

            Minute 2 Complete 2 Deadlift (rest remainder of minute)

            Minute 3 Complete 3 Deadlift (rest remainder of minute)

            Minute 4 Complete 4 Deadlift (rest remainder of minute)

Continue to increase by 1 rep every minute until you fail to complete the required number of reps for that minute.  Score the last full round completed, plus reps. Scale weight accordingly.
