Minute 1 Complete 2, Kettle Bell Swings (rest remainder of minute)

Minute 2 Complete 4, Kettle Bell Swings (rest remainder of minute)

Minute 3 Complete 6, Kettle Bell Swings (rest remainder of minute)

Minute 4 Complete 8, Kettle Bell Swings (rest remainder of minute)

Continue to increase kettle bell swings by 2 for every minute until 20 minutes.  If 20 minutes is reached record time as your score.  If 20 minutes is not reached record the last full minute completed plus any reps in the following minute (that was not completed) 17 + 15, 17 full minutes completed and 15 KB swings completed in minute 18.
