Overhead Squat 1RM (from the rack)

Coach Cliff Note: During this next cycle we will be building and working on Overhead Squats.  It is important to have a real number to base and set “realistic” percentages from.  It doesn’t matter what you did before.  We were all working out outside durning the COVID restrictions and now are back inside due to the cold weather.  This allows us to reset our numbers and set realistic goals with this next strength cycle.
