“Bear Complex”

Complete 7 Sets of the following complex for 5 rounds

1 Power Clean

1 Front Squat

1 Push Press

1 Back Squat

1 Push Press

1 repetition for a set equals:

1 Power Clean

1 Front Squat

1 Push Press

1 Back Squat

1 Push Press

Perform this 7 times unbroken for 1 round, then for 5 rounds.  There is no time limit between rounds.  The goal is to work up to max weight for your final round.  Your score is your max weight that you successfully completed 1 full round of 7 sets.  Once the Barbell is picked up for a round it cannot be dropped or stalled on the ground for that round to count. A full round must be completely unbroken.  Weight may be added or taken off between rounds.

1 hour time cap.
