Within 5 minutes, complete as many

Double Unders as possible

(Or just practice your double  unders)

Todays WOD is a rare optional WOD.  Some athletes will need the whole / full hour to deadlift 1 RM and others will be done sooner.  So practice a skill we all need to practice.
