Strength/Skill

Overhead Squats 3×5 @ 55% (from the floor)

W.O.D.

Complete as much of the ladder as possible (20 minute cap)

Overhead Squat 75/55/Lateral Jumps Ladder

For each minute perform 4 Overhead Squats and the # of Lateral Jumps (over and back = 1 rep).  Overhead Squat reps stay at 4 for the entire WOD.  Lateral Jumps start with 4 reps and increase by 2 reps every minute.

If you fail to complete the required repetitions for that minute your workout is done.

Min 1, 4 OHS 75/55, 4 Lateral Jumps (over & back = 1 rep)

Min 2, 4 OHS 75/55, 6 Lateral Jumps (over & back = 1 rep)

Min 3, 4 OHS 75/55, 8 Lateral Jumps (over & back = 1 rep)

Min 4, 4 OHS 75/55, 10 Lateral Jumps (over & back = 1 rep)

Score is total repetitions completed.
