            Minute 2 Complete 2 Thrusters (rest remainder of minute)

            Minute 3 Complete 3 Thrusters (rest remainder of minute)

            Minute 4 Complete 4 Thrusters (rest remainder of minute)

            20 minute time cap, if completed earn a star on the score board

Continue Thruster Ladder until you cannot complete the required repetitions for that minute.  Score completed minutes plus reps of the minute not finished.
