Alternating Single Arm Dumbell Snatch 50/35

Dumbell Standing Lunges 50/35

Sit Ups

Dumbell Goblet Squats 50/35

Complete 1 round of each movement for 8 full rounds total

:20 seconds DB Snatch, :10 seconds rest, then

:20 seconds DB Lunges, :10 seconds rest, then

:20 seconds Sit Ups, :10 seconds rest, then

:20 seconds DB Squats, :10 seconds rest, then

Repeat for a total of 8 full rounds

1 DB per athlete

For the Lunges hold DB in the Goblet Squat position.

Scoring like a traditional Tabata for each movement and then the sum of the 4 movements for total repetitions.
