Narrow Grip Bench Press 3 x 10 @ 45% (Regular Bench Press)

W.O.D.

 E2MOM 20 minutes (or 10 rounds)

200 Run

Toes 2 Bar Max Effort (Sc, Knees 2 Elbows, Hanging Knee Raises)

Score Total Toes 2 Bar Repetitions

You have 2 minutes to complete a 200 run and the get in as many Toes 2 Bar as you can.  Then repeat.  You can stop T2B whenever you want to manage your own rest period.  Decide to sprint or not.  Work on your strengths as well as your weaknesses.
