Kettlebell Turkish Get Ups ( minutes worth)
Practice, but go heavy as you can, remember form is very important!

E2MOM 16 minutes (Every 2 Minutes Complete)
6 Kettle Bell Swings Single Arm Right 70/55
6 Kettle Bell Swings Single Arm Left 70/55
12 Kettle Bell Swings Standard Both Arms 70/55
Today is eyelevel or “Russian” KB Swings not overhead.
Complete all the movements and reps in 2 mins and rest remainder.
Focus on perfect form and technique, plenty of time.
Once you start and pick up the KB try not to put it down, until your done.
Scale KB weight as needed.
You have 2 minutes to complete all the work and repeat for xx rounds.
