Strength/Skill

Floor Press 3×8 @ Meduim

Practice floor press with a barbell or dumbbells, find a medium challenging weight and practice.  Communicate with your Coach on what your medium is, but also be ready to be safely pushed.

            AMRAP 18 minutes

                        10 Hand Release Push Ups

                        20 Bottom to Top Air Squats

                        30 Straight Legged Sit Ups
