Please DO NOT attempt a new 1 RM. Instead lift your current 100% and see how much stronger you have gotten during this cycle. Don’t ruin the cycle by 1 RM-ing early. Let the cycle work. Don’t push it today if you don’t have it. Just lift heavy 3 times. We will 1 RM OHS at the end of the cycle at the end of February.
