50 Dumbbell Overhead Standing Lunges 50/35 (each leg = 1 rep)

100 Double Unders (Sc, 200 Single Unders)

50 Dumbbell Overhead Standing Lunges 50/35 (each leg = 1 rep)

25 Dumbbell Renegade Rows 50/35

25 Dumbbell Squats 50/35

Each athlete will need 2 Dumbbells for the DB Squats and Renegade Rows. The DB Overhead Standing Lunge is performed with 1 Dumbbell and athletes may alternate hands as needed or utilize just one arm, athletes choice.
