(Coach Cliff’s version of GODZILLA for BTC athletes)

Complete 3 Rounds For Time

1 Overhead Squat 205/145  (From the floor or rack athletes choice)

2 Legless Rope Climbs (Sc, Reg Rope Climbs, Rope Walks)

3 Snatch 185/125 12(full squat) (Sc, Scale weight and do it)

4 Ring Muscle Ups (Sc, Ring Dips, then Ring Rows)

Rx athletes must utilize the same barbell.  And just simple take of the 10s from each side and then reload and go.

Clean and share the ropes as you COVID can.  This is the first time I am putting them back in to programming.  Also get ready for the long haul. – Coach Cliff
