Complete For Time as a whole class or one big team. (Individual athletes may not move on until the whole entire team has completed the movements, but athletes may volunteer to help complete or assist other athletes.)

800 Run

1 pass on the Monkey Rings

200 Run

7 Atlas Stone 2 Shoulder 115/65 (on the side grass/dirt)

200 Run

2 Spartan Wall Climb Overs (assistance is allowed)

200 Run

3 Tire Flips (choose your tire, partnering up is allowed)

200 Run

2 Rope Climbs (remember how to use your legs or go leggless)

200 Run

1 Seated Sled Pull (fixed weight)

200 Run

15 Burpees (Meow Burpees 8, team decides, but I need to hear it!)

400 m Spartan Pancake or Sandbag Carries (choose your weight, no running, walking only)

Finish together  (I might spray water on you guys, no fire to jump over)
