Complete 3-1 mile loops and a 200.  It is athlete’s choice to run the 200 first or last.  The 1 mile loops are so a coach knows where to find you if need be.

Last performed on 4/12/21.  Even though everyone likes to dislike this one it is time to see where we are at.  What are your goals?
