Quick mobility and then warm up for WOD

W.O.D.

            “Half Murph”

            800 Run

            50 Pull Ups

            100 Push Ups

            150 Air Squats

            800 Run

Rx, is with 20/14 lbs vest and un partitioned or performed in order.  Sc, un partitioned no vest, partition with vest or set out as needed, vest for run only or no vest etc.
