Warm Up for a very light Hang Power Snatch 55/35
Focus on some really good form and technique at this light weight.
And maybe a good run in between sets.
Accumulate/Run as much distance as possible in 4 minutes, until you complete 2 miles. Every 4 minutes, Stop and rest 1 minute during that 1 minute complete 10 Hang Power Snatch 55/35.
Score Total Time, only fully completed 200’s, 400’s or 800’s count. If you wish to try the 1-mile in under 4 minutes, very cool I will coach you at the Olympic Trials. If you do not complete the specified distances, it does not count towards your total. And yes you still have to complete the 10 Hang Power Snatch.
