            200 Monster Walk (green band around ankles)

                        10 Burpees

                        62 Dumbbell Curls (all seated on a 20” box, each arm= 1 rep)

                        10 Burpees

                        62 Dumbbell Shoulder 2 Overhead (all seated on a 20” box)

                        10 Burpees

                        62 Dumbell Stiff Legged Deadlifts

                        10 Burpees

                        62 Single Arm Snatch (Alternating Arms)

                        10 Burpees

Choose the right Dumbbell weight, cause you already know Gary is watching and what would he say?

In honor of Gary Holman, 62.  With us here September 6th 1957 to July 10th 2020.  Although, still with us forever.  Gary was an athlete, playing basketball and any other sports he could try.  He was also and avid sports fan, exercise encourager (Assistant-Assistant Coach) and most importantly a loving friend to all.
