3-3-3 Push Jerk

2-2-2 Push Press

1-1-1 Strict Press

Score weight used (not times reps), just the weight used for each set and each movement and the sum or total of all.  Standard rules apply, once a set has started the barbell cannot be dropped or a long stall rest period.  If you fail athletes may attempt as many times as they wish.  If for example you guess your fist set of 3 wrong, you may perform a fourth set and just score your 3 heaviest lifts.  Lift Heavy Today.
