Coach Lead Mobility and Warm Up for this tough Calisthenics WOD!

W.O.D.

            “Chelsea”

            EMOM 30 minutes (all 3 movements within each minute)

            5 Pull Ups

            10 Push Ups

            15 Air Squats

Rx is all 3 movements and reps in one minute and score is the last minute you completed all three or the final time completed 29:43.  Scale movements first as needed, “Barbell Pull Ups”, next scale repetitions as needed.  This is a gym leaderboard day.
