Back Squat 5×5 @ 55% (with pause at the bottom)


Partner WOD (teams of 2 or a “ghost rider” for 2 minutes)

AMRAP 4 Rounds 2 minutes of work, then rest while partner performs 2 minute of work.  That is one round.  Score total burpees.

10 Back Squats 95/65 (from the floor)


4 rounds of partner #1 goes then partner #2 goes.  Or 16 minutes total or 8 rounds, depending on how you count.
