Strength/Skill

Warm Up your cleans as heavy as you can (spend 20 minutes getting cleans ready, go for heavy singles)

            2021 CrossFit Games “Event 6 modified”

            5 Rounds For Time, 7-minute time cap

                        200 Run

                        1 Clean (full squat at ascending weight)

Men 245/265/285/305/315 (just add 2 tens each round, scale weight as needed but go heavy)

Women 165/175/185/195/205 (just add 2 fives each round, scale weight as needed but go heavy)
