            2021 CrossFit Games “Event 11”

            AMRAP 11 minutes

                        1 Peg Board Ascent

                        7 Single Arm Dumbbell Overhead Squats 70/50

                        15 Heavy Double Unders

We have the peg boards.  For the Dumbbell Overhead Squats we have the 50s for the ladies and for the Men we have the free weight dumbbells (If there are whom wish to try, I would like that).  For the heavy double unders we will us our “monster ropes” or the small climbing rope jump ropes.  Get ready it is a good Saturday WOD and quick.
