Max Reps Handstand Push Ups

Max Reps Reverse Lunges 75/55

(Back rack, reverse just means step backwards, not forwards)

Score Total Repetitions.  Athletes may choose to work for the whole minute or choose the amount of time they wish to rest. Then switch to next movement. Again Score is total repetitions.  But, this one is only 6 minutes long or 3 rounds of each movement, which means you can go for it.
