 Complete For Time

5K (Final Test Out for the Year)

Complete 3-1 mile loops and a 200.  It is athlete’s choice to run the 200 first or last.  The 1 mile loops are so a coach knows where to find you if need be.

There are some athletes whom have really trained hard for this.  Lets go get it.
