Power Cleans 3×3 @ 65%

            “Short Chief”

            AMRAP 3 rounds of 3 minutes work, 1 minute rest

            3 Power Cleans 135/95

            6 Push Ups

            9 Squats

Repeat as many times in 3 minutes and rest 1 minute, start the next round where you left off, for a total of 3 rounds.  This is “Short Chief”, regular “Chief” is 5 rounds.  Which means you can really light it up and not hold back on this one.
