Implement (kettlebell, dumbbell) or Bag Swings. Find a old back pack or implement you can add weight to and hold on to. Perform just like Kettlebell Swings.

Find something to put your feet up onto, like a chair or the steps or something and perform push ups just like always, use a depth gauge for scaling as needed.
