Athletic Quick Feet (count every time the right foot touches)
Sit Ups
Burpees

It’s a mash up so perform quick feet then sit ups then burpees. Repeat 7
times. Score like our usual Tabatas, lowest rep count of each movement
and the sum of the 3. Remember during the quick feet you only get out of
them what you put into them.
