                        95 Double Unders

                        40 Burpees

Continue to increase double unders by 10 repetitions and burpees by 5 repetitions each round until time expires.

Score Total repetitions.

Scaling: single unders stay the same reps today or scale to a double under rep that still is manageable and keeps you practicing them.  Like we always scale, you guys know the drill.
