Pushing that time domain threshold and training for you know “who”.  It’s a little break on the pull ups, the rest will balance out.  And no running so we could all do some more air squats.  And yes 50lbs vest, is very possible.  We have had athlete’s complete “Chad” (with 45lbs) and an athlete complete “Murph” with a 50lbs vest (in under 44 mins).  So it is very possible to complete with that weight.
