Find an Implement (like a wall ball or old basketball filled with concrete or sand) and warm up.

Wall Ball Throws
Just like BTC’s traditional AMPAP (As Many Pounds As Possible) Find a heavy implement you can squat to full depth with and throw overhead. The goal of course is the wallball line 10 foot for men and 9 foot for women. But something heavy with a quick short hand release also meets the intent. Today it’s about the weight of your implement (not the height) and how many times you successfully squat to full depth and throw it a little.
Make your reps count and score total pounds moved correctly. Enjoy.
