August Basics Course Begins Monday August 4th
We offer 2 class times for Basics:
7:30 – 8:30am Monday, Wednesday, Friday
6:30-7:30pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday
The Basics Course is a 4 week, 12 session course for those new to CrossFit. You will concentrate on learning fundamental skills and movements used in CrossFit. Each session will include a warm-up, learning of new skills and movements, review of skills from prior sessions, and a work-out utilizing the skills learned. The Basics Course slowly progresses your general physical preparedness level so you are confident and successful when you join regular group CrossFit Classes.
