30 day Clean Eating Challenge, no excuses!

Challenge Dates:

    • Tuesday, September 12th 6:30 pm – Nutrition Challenge Info Session
      • The Nutrition Challenge Info Session with Coach Shawna will review the basics of our Nutrition Challenge. What to eat, what not to eat, what to expect and so forth. Shawna will share steps to help you get set up for success during the challenge. Preparation is key! In addition, Shawna will answer any questions your might have. You can do this!
      • Our Nutrition Challenge is based off of the Whole30. If you want more information now get yourself a copy of It Starts With Food.
    • Thursday, September 14th 6:30 pm – Nutrition Challenge Advanced Info Session
      • The Nutrition Challenge Advanced Info Session with Coach Cooper is for anyone has completed one or more of our Nutrition Challenges and would like to take the challenge to the next level. Coach Cooper will be reviewing macro nutrient counting and sharing other knowledge bombs related to getting the most of your nutrition and performance.
    • Monday, September 18th
      • Challenge kicks off
      • Performance WOD
      • Body Fat Testing ($65 for the before/after package)

  • Tuesday, October 17th 
    • Challenge ends
    • Performance WOD Retest
    • Body Fat Truck Retest

What is the BTC Nutrition Challenge?

30 day Challenge that includes:
– Performance Workout (before/after)
– Before/After photos (for your eyes only, you may share if you would like)
– Body Fat Truck (before/after) – optional
– Weekly email check-ins
– Based off of the Whole30
– $20 buy in (cash only). You will get this whole amount back, as long as you make it through the challenge. If you don’t make it through the challenge, your money will go into a pot for the next gym potluck.

This is not a weight loss competition.

This challenge is a way to better health and a longer life.

At the end of the 30 days you should expect the following results:
– Weight Loss
– Enhanced sleep quality
– Increased energy
– Better mood and self-esteem
– Improved workout performance
– You skin will glow
– You will look and feel amazing
