Lazy Macros Challenge (#800gChallenge® + Protein)
Big Thompson CrossFit is taking on the Lazy Macros Challenge by OptimizeMe Nutrition. It combines the #800gChallenge® (eat 800 grams, by weight, of fruits and veggies) with a protein target each day. And then, you continue to eat whatever else you want! That’s right; nothing is eliminated. You prioritize a baseline level of quality in the diet without removing all the foods you enjoy. Sleep and exercise are also scored points in the challenge as they greatly influence the goals most everyone wants: improved body composition, health, and/or performance.
Challenge dates: Jan 13 – Feb 9

We are using Wodify Rise to distribute nutrition content. This also means we’ve got an app plus real-time leaderboarding to see where and how you stack up each day! Upon registering for the challenge you will receive a link to setup your Wodify Rise account (free) and join the challenge.
