Maintain Don’t Gain Challenge

Give yourself a gift this holiday season and join the Maintain Don’t Gain Holiday Challenge at Big Thompson CrossFit!
Dates: November 25 through January 4
– Gather a team of 2-3 people and create a sweet team name.
– Each person on the team weighs during the first week and last week of the challenge with a Coach. All weights will be kept private. If you cannot get into the gym to get weighed send a picture of your feet on the scale to: email@example.com. Be sure to include your team name.
– First week weights must be recorded by November 25 – November 30.
– Last week weights must be recorded December 30 – January 4.
– Each team that maintains their weight within 1%, will be entered into a drawing to win FITAIDs.
How do I sign up?
– Sign up sheet posted at the gym with Team Name and Team Members or email firstname.lastname@example.org with Team Name and Team Members.
