New to CrossFit?
We are so glad you are interested in getting started at Big Thompson CrossFit! Beginners can start working out with us by signing up for our Basics Course Private Training Sessions. This beginners only course includes 3 private training sessions with our Level 2+ certified coaches. The Basics Course Private Training sessions is $200 and includes your first month’s membership. Beginners also have the option of signing up for our 12 month membership and we will include the private training sessions at no charge. Our Basics Course is one of the best in the area – we deliver on teaching and familiarizing you with CrossFit movements, workouts and gym culture.
Already a CrossFit Athlete?
Enroll in a class to experience a free class at Big Thompson CrossFit. This will give you a chance to see our facility, learn a bit about our methods and philosophy, and experience a workout. This will give us a change to ensure you have knowledge of basic skills and movements used in our group classes to maintain athlete safety. We will also answer your questions about membership, programs, and pricing.
