Do I have to get in shape before I start?

  • This is a common misconception. All CrossFit work-outs can be scaled or adjusted to fit the needs of anyone. The same work-out, with a few adjustments, can be done by a brand new person and still challenge the most elite athlete. You will never be “fit” enough. That’s why we are here and offer scaling options for each individual so that you can thrive in each workout on a personal level. Fitness is a lifelong journey, we are never really “there”.

Do you allow Out-of-Town Drop-ins?

  • We love drop-ins. The drop-in fee is $20.

  • An abbreviation for the workout of the day.

Do you allow Kids?

  • We allow teens, 16 and older, with parent/guardian permission in our CrossFit classes (ages 14 and 15 with Coach permission).
  • We do not currently have CrossFit Kids classes for the younger ones.
