Pike13 Client App Issue

Hi all, When Pike13 pushed out the June updates there has been some issues with the Pike13 Client app not allowing some to enroll in class. See below to hopefully alleviate this issue.

I’m sorry for the trouble. We’ve noticed that some apps are having trouble automatically pulling down the new Enrollment window fields in a timely fashion. We’re working up a better solution, but in the meantime, clients can force refresh their services by clicking the Services tab, then pulling down to refresh. They should only have to do this once to get the new Enrollment window fields, then the app should start working correctly going forward. Thanks, Kervin (Customer Care Specialist)
